Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP™: The original LES MILLSTM barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Cardio Kick & HIIT: Class includes cardio intervals, plyometric and kickboxing cardio (with light weights) that will get you feeling the exercises and burning up to 500 calories!

Cardio Kickboxing: This class is meant to inspire you to work your hardest and be your strongest! Learn to condition like a kickboxer through the use of bodyweight exercises, training with punching bags, mitts, kick pads and more. Gain more strength, endurance and faster reflexes.

Cycle Jam: Indoor cycling through a variety of challenging terrain.  Cycle to high intensity fun workout beats. Increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance in a safe and motivating class.

Fit To The Core: This class is designed for novice to athlete to get an excellent core workout. Whether you just want to gain balance for everyday life, be able to lift heavier or become a faster athlete this class would be an essential addition to anyone's workout. We use physio balls sometimes paired with bands, barbells, light weight or kettle bells. Class motto is "You do what you can, not what you cannot.”

Gentle Yoga: A mindful, therapeutic and accessible practice that serves the needs of students who are looking
for a more gentle form of Yoga that will support their current physical, mental and spiritual capability. For injury rehabilitation, stress reduction to spine and joint stability, Gentle Yoga offers therapeutic modifications, mindful breathing techniques and movement awareness to serve the unique needs of each student.

Sculpt & Burn: This class is a blend of high intensity interval training with weights, explosive moves, and short breaks. Toning and sculpting, targeting the whole body to increase blood flow, stamina and agility.  Burn fat and gain lean muscles.  We will warm up, work hard, cool down and stretch!

Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Yoga: Supportive environment for all fitness levels. Flow style increases stamina, grace and core strength.  Stretches, flexibility, balance, mind-body-breath connection.
